Once your order is placed, it is processed and engraved the very next business day in our workshop. Each personalized detail is handled with care to ensure the engraving meets our quality standards before it leaves us.

We ship directly from Slovenia, and delivery times depend on your location:

• Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days
• Shipping origin: Slovenia, EU

Most European orders arrive within this timeframe. Countries farther from Slovenia may be closer to the 6-day estimate.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Because every piece is personalized, we prioritize precision and consistency — not speed at the expense of quality. That’s why each order is engraved first, then shipped.
