At Antonio Vale, we are committed to delivering refined, high-quality jewelry designed to be worn daily. To ensure your confidence in every piece, we offer a clear and comprehensive warranty, return, and refund policy.
2-Year Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials of our jewelry. Our two-year warranty covers:
- Color changes – If the color fades or changes within 2 years of purchase.
- Faded engraving – If the engraving fades within 2 years.
- Clasps and structural components – If clasps or essential parts become defective during normal use.
Note: The warranty covers free repair or replacement of the affected part. Shipping costs to our service center are the customer’s responsibility. Once received, we will repair and return the item as quickly as possible.
How to Claim the Warranty
- Contact our support team at support@antonio-vale.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide photo proof – Attach clear images showing the issue so we can assess eligibility.
- Send the item – If approved, ship the jewelry to the address provided by our support team (shipping costs covered by the customer).
- Repair & return – We will repair or replace the item and return it promptly.
Return Policy (48-Hour Damage Notification)
If your jewelry arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This policy applies to shipping-related damage not covered under the 2-year warranty.
Please note that bracelet and necklace lengths may vary slightly (tolerance up to ±5mm) due to production specifications.
How to File a Damage Claim
- Email support@antonio-vale.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
- Our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution, including repair, replacement, or refund.
Important: Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery are not eligible under this policy.
Refund Policy
As many Antonio Vale pieces are personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or an error on our side.
Eligibility for a Refund
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
In such cases, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable.
Please note: Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
