Q: “Can I modify or cancel my order?”

Orders can be modified shortly after purchase. Please contact us immediately. Once processing or shipping begins, changes may not be possible.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Q: “Are there customs or additional fees?”

No. All orders shipped within the United States are delivered with no customs duties or import fees.
