Every Antonio Vale piece is finished with intention. Each order is engraved with precision in our workshop before it is carefully prepared for shipment.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is processed and engraved the next business day (Monday–Friday).

Because every piece is personalized, we prioritize precision and consistency — not speed at the expense of quality. Each item is engraved, quality-checked, and only then shipped.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from Slovenia, European Union.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

• 3–6 business days within Europe

Most European orders arrive within this timeframe. Countries located farther from Slovenia may be closer to the 6-business-day estimate. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
